Dave came to install a new ceiling for our kitchen renovation, which came out great, so much so that we hired him to complete the rest of the kitchen including cabinets, trim pieces, building an island, backsplash and all the little details. He also installed all the trim in our downstairs and built a new staircase railing. He would clean up everyday after he was finished working before going home for the day. Overall amazing experience, will definitely have him complete more renovations when we are ready.

I have been using Nilson remodeling for several years. David the owner has painted bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen and family room. He has replaced vinyl flooring and carpet with hardwood floors. He completely renovated two of my bathroom’s including replacing a tub with a walk in shower with floor to ceiling beautiful tile. He is up front with everything he does, which starts with the initial itemized estimate. He will discuss every item with you before he starts the job. He believes in one job at a time. Once he starts a job he is there to the end and he rarely takes a break.. David takes pride in his work. He is very meticulous and the results are impeccable. His attention to detail have really impressed me .

David with Nilson Remodeling took on what seemed to be an impossible project which included not the most convenient timelines. He not only met the challenge with professionalism, but he exceeded everyone’s expectations and provided exactly what was needed to make the space comfortable and accessible for everyone involved. David did a phenomenal job on smoothing and painting the garage walls and ceiling as well as adding a beautiful trim that made it look perfectly finished. The shiplap paneling that he added above the fireplace is absolutely gorgeous. We are beyond pleased with the results. He was responsive, accommodating, efficient, hard-working, and very respectful of our time and home. We are looking forward to working with him on more projects to enhance this home, and others in the family, in the near future!
