New-Construction Garage Finishing and Painting
Moorestown, NJThis new-construction garage had received the initial drywall taping and joint-compound application but still required the remaining finish work before it could be painted and used as a completed interior space.
We completed the drywall finishing process with additional coats of joint compound, sanding, and detailed surface preparation. The entire garage was then spray primed to seal the new drywall and create a consistent foundation for the finish paint. The ceiling received two sprayed finish coats, while the walls were carefully cut in and rolled twice for even color and coverage.
New baseboard trim was installed around the garage perimeter to create a clean transition at the floor, and a large chalkboard was securely mounted for the homeowners. The finished project turned the new-construction garage into a bright, polished, and functional extension of the home while beginning a long-term client relationship that led to several additional renovations.
