New Construction Interior Painting & Custom Shiplap Fireplace Accent
Moorestown, NJThis newly constructed home had the clean foundation of a new build but still carried the uniform, builder-grade white paint used throughout the interior. The homeowners wanted the space to feel warmer, more personal, and more reflective of their style through a coordinated color palette and a custom architectural feature in the main living area.
Before painting, each surface was carefully inspected and prepared to create the cleanest possible finish. The interior painting extended throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a consistent transition from one space to the next. Careful attention was given to surface preparation, clean cut lines, even coverage, and the details surrounding ceilings, trim, doors, windows, fixtures, and adjoining finishes. The new colors added warmth and dimension while maintaining the bright, open character of the home.
To further personalize the main living space, we designed and installed a custom horizontal shiplap fireplace accent wall. Its clean lines introduced texture and architectural interest while establishing the fireplace as a natural focal point within the open-concept living area. The proportions, spacing, trim details, and finished paint were coordinated with the surrounding walls so the feature felt integrated into the home rather than added as an afterthought.
Together, the interior painting and custom finish carpentry transformed the house beyond its standard new-construction appearance. What began as a blank builder-grade interior became a cohesive, inviting home with greater depth, character, and visual identity—finished around the homeowners’ preferences and designed to feel distinctly their own.
